THE CONCEPT

WE Endeavor / World Education Endeavor is a 501c3 making the American dream more accessible by helping to close the opportunity gap. Income inequality in the U.S. is the highest of all the G7 nations. Elite networks are usually the only gateway to career opportunities. Students enter the job market with extraordinarily low salaries and crushing debt. 42.9 million graduates are carrying $1.57 trillion in student debt. With $1,500 average rent in major U.S. cities, unpaid or even low paid internships are only feasible for applicants with family wealth supporting them. With 22.2 million jobs lost in 2020, businesses need funding to train new staff.

We are developing a disruptive app that delivers unprecedented access to opportunity creating a dynamo of upward mobility through 3 main activities:

LEARN: Students find educational *opportunities to follow their passion. They find patrons and brand sponsors that give them the resources they need to succeed.

*opportunities = apprenticeships, mentorships, classes, entry level jobs

TEACH: Students become successful professionals and create educational opportunities in their places of business to share their passion.

SPONSOR: People follow, donate and give resources to students and teachers that inspire them. Successful alumni enthusiastically give back to the organization that empowered their career. Brands are able to use our app to find inspiring stories of people following their dreams to sponsor. Brands create content with the programs that connect with their audience.

The pandemic has exposed the systemic issues that prevent many Americans from accessing the American dream in a meaningful way. WE Endeavor offers brands an opportunity to support growing social justice movements and in doing so authentically connect with their customers through cause sponsorship.

“According to Accelerist’s 2020 Trend Report “Cause sponsorship is predicted to reach $2.23 billion in 2019, a projected increase of 4.6% over 2018.

THE APP

WE Endeavor is a match-making app that connects disenfranchised students to educational or job opportunities by mutual passions and empowers them with the resources they need to participate in the American dream.

It's A Match-Making App For Mutual Passions
